2.1. Right for information, correction, blocking, deletion
You have the right at any time within the scope of the applicable legal provisions to provide free information about your stored personal data, source of the data, their recipients and the purpose of data processing and, if necessary, a right to correct, block or delete this data. 2.2. Right of withdrawal

For the revocation is sufficient an informal message by e-mail to info@iuvo-therapeutics.com. 3.1. Server log files
In the case of the purely informational use of the website, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits in server log files to our server. There is no merge of this data with other data sources. The basis for data processing is article 6 §1 lit. b DSGVO, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures.
3.2. Registration on the website
Due to the law on remedies, we are not allowed to disclose information about our products in public areas. For the information, which are intended for doctors and pharmacists, a registration on our website is necessary. In addition, the registration is needed if an order should be made. The transmitted data is used solely for the purpose of identification as a qualified person and for the use of our services. All compulsory information requested during registration must be given in full. Otherwise we will reject the registration.
In case of important changes, for technical reasons for example, we will inform you by e-mail. The e-mail will be sent to the address given when registering.
We store the data collected during registration during the period you are registered on our website. Your data will be deleted should you cancel your registration. Legal storage periods remain unaffected.
3.3. Contact
Data submitted via the contact form (e-mail address, name, message) will be stored in order to process your request or to be available for follow-up questions. A disclosure of this data will not take place without your consent.
Data submitted via the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or you no longer need to retain your data. Mandatory statutory provisions – especially retention periods – remain unaffected.
4. Disclosure of data to third parties
We never share your information with unauthorized third parties. However, as part of our work, we use the services of selected service providers and give you limited and strictly monitored access to some of our data. When you order medicines from us, you must register and fill in all the required information. In order to send you the goods, we will forward your name, address and order to the shipping company MedXPress.
Should it happen that a legal procedure has to be initiated due to fraud, then your personal data will also be passed on to law enforcement agencies. This is to be avoided on both sides.
